Clear and fair refund terms

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for unused subscriptions and credit purchases. Once credits are used for video generation, GPU resources have been consumed and refunds are not available for those credits.

Important: No refunds are available after GPU usage (video generation) has been initiated, as computational resources have been consumed.

1. Refund eligibility

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date.
  • Refunds are only available for subscription fees and one-time credit purchases that have not been used.
  • Once video generation has been initiated using purchased credits, those credits are considered consumed and are not eligible for refund.
  • Subscription fees are non-refundable after the subscription period has begun, except where required by law.

2. Non-refundable items

  • Credits that have been used for video generation cannot be refunded, as GPU resources have been consumed.
  • Subscription fees for the current billing period are non-refundable once the subscription is active.
  • Any fees paid for services that have been fully rendered or delivered are non-refundable.
  • Processing fees, transaction fees, or bank charges are non-refundable.

3. How to request a refund

  • To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@vidwave.ai with your account email and order details.
  • Include the reason for your refund request and any relevant transaction information.
  • Refund requests will be reviewed within 2-3 business days.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

4. Subscription cancellations

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support.
  • Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
  • You will retain access to all features until the end of your paid period.
  • No refunds will be issued for the remaining time in your current billing period after cancellation.

5. Chargebacks and disputes

  • If you have a dispute with a charge, please contact us at support@vidwave.ai before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company.
  • Chargebacks may result in immediate account suspension and may prevent future use of our services.
  • We are committed to resolving all billing disputes fairly and promptly.

6. Special circumstances

  • In cases of technical errors, duplicate charges, or unauthorized transactions, we will issue full refunds promptly.
  • If you experience persistent technical issues that prevent you from using the service, contact support for assistance.
  • Refunds may be issued at our discretion for exceptional circumstances, subject to review.
